Important Information Voluntary Product Recall

Fontainebleau 23rd-27th September

Golden Britain, Team GBR take Gold at Fontainebleau. Congratulations to Team GBR for their fantastic performance at the European Championships in Fontainebleau.

A special mention to Tina Cook securing Individual Gold and Senior team debutant Piggy French clinching Individual Silver.

Piggy French, Tina Cook, Oliver Townend and William Fox-Pitt were all wearing the Point Two Air Jacket.

European Young Rider Championships 11th-14th September

12 nations participated in the Europeans Young Riders Championships in Waregem, Belgium but it was team GB how came out victorious.

Congratulations to Laura Collett from Wiltshire and 20 year-old Emily Llewellyn from East Sussex who added to the British medal tally by taking Individual Gold and Individual Bronze respectively.

Team Riders Laura Collett, Emily Llewllyn, Georgie Spence and Emily Parker all wore the Point Two Air Jacket.

Point Two goes Global

Point Two goes global with many team riders at the European Championships choosing to wear the Point Two Air Jacket. Nations wearing the jacket were Great Britain, Ireland, Belgium, France, Holland and Sweden. Their belief in the jacket was well founded with French rider Karim Florent Laghouag having a rotational fall close to home and walking away unscathed. International Event Rider

I was fortunate to be given a Point Two Air Jacket at Christmas as my father decided i should wear one for Team Chasing where i ride as lead horse for the Cunning Stunts.

I have a very good friend who eventsat the top level and she swears by your jacket, however i never felt i would need one, especially as the typical rotational fall is rare in Team Chasing.

I took part in the Hayes Golden Button Challenge on new year’s eve, an old-fashioned style steeplechase over 3.5 miles, and wore my new jacket. If i hadn’t have worn it, im not sure that i would be writing to you now. I had a nasty fall at the third fence and walked away with just two broken vertebrae in my back. My doctor is certain that had my air jacket not taken the bulk of my horse that i would not have been walking anywhere.

Having never had a fall of my super safe jumping machine of a horse, i never thought my air jacket would be put to use and certainly not so soon but thought i would humour my father! I now think that i could not promote your jacket enough and am one of the lucky (or unlucky) ones to experience firsthand what the jacket is capable of.

I have photos / Video of my fall and if this would get more people wearing

your jackets then that would have to be a good thing, particularly as it isn’t your usual Eventing type of fall.

I am very aware that you do not claim to save lives, however the Point Two Air Jacket definitely saved me from serious, long term injury if not worse and i am very grateful for this.

I was competing at South of England Horse Trials when my horse jumped awkwardly over the first part of a combination, unseating me and as she took off for the second part I had no hope of staying on and landed heavily.
