Shipping

 

1. Stock
All items are normally held in stock for immediate despatch. Due to excessive demand - we may sometimes experience delays; in which case we will inform you of the date we expect to receive our replacement stock.

 

2. Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances.

 

3. Shipping
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your order from the date it was dispatched.

 

4. High value orders
Orders over £50 in value may be shipped via special delivery or a courier service for extra security.

 

5. Non-delivery
You should inform us if you have not received your order within 14 days. We will not be able to follow up any claim for non-delivery placed with us more than 28 days after dispatch.

 

Returns Policy

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (Air Jackets must not have been inflated) within 14 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund at the price you paid. (Original delivery and return delivery costs; wherever made by Point Two Ltd, will be payable by the customer). Any refund will be issued by same means of payment as the original purchase within 5 days of our receiving your product return.
